STEM Grant

Nashua Children’s Home has been awarded a grant of $25,000 from the Shafmaster Charitable Foundation, located in Exeter NH, to support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) initiatives.
The grant will support the STEM and 21st Century Learning initiatives of Nashua Children’s Home through the acquisition of educational technology, staff development and field trips.
These initiatives are primarily inclusive to the Educational Program of Nashua Children’s Home, providing special education services to identified area primary and middle school students, but also to youth served within the Residential Program.
We are excited, and eagerly anticipate the opportunities made available to Nashua Children’s Home students through the goodwill and generosity of the Shafmaster Charitable Foundation.
