Awake Overnight Counselor

Job Description: The Awake Overnight Counselors at Nashua Children’s Home provide awake supervision and support during the overnight/morning hours to groups of at-risk youth ages 7-18 in a residential treatment facility. Driver's license and Associate's Degree required. 

Residential Counselor

Job Description: The Residential Counselors at Nashua Children’s Home assist at risk youth in daily living, social skill development, activity planning, independent living skill development and behavior management. Specific job placement opportunities working with Adolescent Girls and Adolescent Boys, aged 14-18 and with Younger Girls and Younger Boys, aged 7-14 in the residential setting are available. Residential Counselors are the direct care staff on the units. Residential Counselors are responsible for providing a safe structured environment for youth, who have been removed from their home on Abuse/Neglect, CHINS or Delinquency petitions.

Driver's License is required. Associate's Degree or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degrees are preferred.
