2023 Award Recipient

The 2023 Mark S. Rowland Exemplary Service Award, an award voted on by the staff of NCH for extraordinary efforts in advancing the mission of Nashua Children's Home, was bestowed upon Dave Villiotti!! 

Dave has been the Executive Director of Nashua Children’s Home for 38 years and his dedication to the organization, the children, and the staff is unmatched. Dave created this award to keep Mark Rowland’s memory alive at Nashua Children’s Home and the staff of NCH could think of no greater way to honor and thank Dave for all of his years of service than to bestow this very special to award to him.

2022 Award Recipient

The 2022 Mark S. Rowland Exemplary Service Award, an award voted on by the staff of NCH for extraordinary efforts in advancing the mission of Nashua Children's Home, was bestowed upon Matt Fentross!! 

Matt began his career at Nashua Children's Home in 2008 as a Residential Counselor and has advanced through supervisory positions over the years to his current role as Residential Director. 

Matt's dedication to the children that we serve is evident in everything that he does and the support that he offers to staff and children alike were among the many qualities cited by his colleagues when casting their ballots for this prestigious award.
