The Residential Counselors at Nashua Children’s Home assist at risk youth in daily living, social skill development, activity planning, independent living skill development and behavior
management. Specific job placement opportunities working with Adolescent Girls and Adolescent Boys, aged 14-18 and with Younger Girls and Younger Boys, aged 7-14 in the residential setting are available. Residential Counselors are the direct care staff on the units. Residential Counselors are responsible for providing a safe structured environment for youth, who have been removed from their home on Abuse/Neglect, CHINS or Delinquency petitions.

Driver's License and proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required. Associate's Degree or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degrees are preferred. To apply, send resume and cover letter to dferreira@nashuachildrenshome.org.
